Concessions:
Where applicable concessions are available to senior citizens (over 60s), registered unwaged, full-time students with current valid identification, under 18''s and those in receipt of income support, invalidity benefit or disablement allowance. Only one concession applies per ticket.

Students who are not able to present valid identification will be charged the difference to the cost of a full price ticket.

Conditions of Sale:
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.

Tickets are available online and by phone up to 4pm on the last working day before the event. To purchase tickets after this time please visit our Box Office in person at the Engine Shed open Monday - Friday 10-4pm alternatively at the door.

Payment methods:
All ticket outlets accept credit/debit cards and cash where booking is made in person, I''m sorry but cheques are not accepted. Please note that postage fees and transactions fees may apply when booking tickets.

Times for collections for tickets are either 7pm for live (6:30pm Saturdays) and either 10pm or 10:30pm for clubs
